Madeline recently appeared in LiveWire Chicago Theatre's "VisionFest 2009" where she created the original comedic dance piece "Waiting for Oprah" as well as starring in two original plays, "The Corner of Glamis & Cawdor" and "Canceling Christmas." She continues to work with WCProductions on the original comedy series "It's Madeline Long" as co-creator and star.

Madeline won a 2008 After Dark Award for Outstanding Performance in a Play for her portrayal of Toma Singerson in Soldiers: The Desert Stand.
